Return & Exchange Policy

1. Exchanges are accepted only for size issues, or if you receive a defective or incorrect product.
2. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
3. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Email us at customercare@ecolemarche.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Share the following details:
   • Order number and registered phone number
   • exchange size, along with the original product name
   • Clear photos (if the product is defective or incorrect)
