How do I order Books & Uniforms on ecolemarche.com
Select the school/location from the “Search Bar”.
All products will appear on your screen, which can be filtered with the Uniform / Book sets categories.
Please select the desired product, size, quantity & add to cart.
You can “Continue Shopping” or “Move to Checkout”.
You have to checkout with your Ecole Marche login (Registered mail Id / Password).
Please enter your desired delivery address with the complete 6 digit pin code & nearest landmark to enable quick & hassle free delivery of your order.
Please select the appropriate payment option (pay via net banking / credit card / debit card etc.) and complete payment.
Once the order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to the registered email address & message from the payment gateway once the payment is confirmed.
Do I need to create an Account?
Yes, you need to create an account to place an order so that your purchase history, address, etc. are saved for your future reference.
How do I update my information?
If you want to update your information, you can click on “My account” and update the same.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, the seller confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it.
You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the seller receives your order and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (example OD01202130213), and a listing of the item(s) you have ordered.
Why is it mandatory to input a six digit pin code in the delivery address?
Filling in the correct and complete information is necessary for the delivery agents to be able to locate and deliver the product(s) to you.
Is it mandatory to provide a Landmark?
Yes, as the “Landmark” helps the delivery agent to locate the destination address.

The payments are collected by Payment Gateway – Instamojo the credit cards, debit cards, UPI & net banking modes are accepted.

What is convenience fee?

It is a charge that payment gateway provider – Instamojo charges from its customers, when they opt for a method such as Credit/Debit cards, Digital wallets, etc. This is not charged by Ecole Marche.

Ecolemarche.com is a user-friendly platform & the items are arranged to facilitate easy navigation.
To select the correct book set, please select the relevant grade / standard and only the relevant titles will be displayed. All common titles have been clubbed into a single Grade specific book kit. Only optional titles can be added separately.
How do I know my child's Uniform size?

Any precaution that need to be taken while washing?

Uniforms:

It is recommended to wash the sweater or sweatshirts once a week for moderate use.

Please do not use brush while washing and recommended to use mild laundry detergent with cold water and only line dry the product
